EasyBudget is a personal budgeting application developed by Erwann Chauvet, a sole trader (SIRET registration in progress), based in France.

This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you use the EasyBudget application, available at my-easybudget.fr and on Google Play.

We only collect the data strictly necessary for the application to work:

Identification data: email address (required to create an account), first name (optional).

Budget data: fixed and variable expenses, income, savings goals, investments, subscriptions — all entered voluntarily by you.

Payment data: if you subscribe to a Comfort or Premium plan, your payment details (card number, etc.) are processed exclusively by Stripe. EasyBudget never stores your card details.

Technical data: display preferences (theme, menu order) stored locally on your device.

We use the following providers to run EasyBudget. Your data is never sold nor shared for advertising purposes.

Active account data: your data is kept for as long as your account is active on EasyBudget.

Account deletion: if you delete your account from the application (Settings → Delete my account), all your personal and budget data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Payment data: billing records are kept by Stripe in accordance with French legal obligations (10 years for accounting documents).

EasyBudget is intended for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at the address below so that we can delete this information.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

EasyBudget only uses your browser's localStorage to remember your local preferences (visual theme, menu order, language). This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

No tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to the application or legal requirements.

In the event of a significant change, you will be informed via:

• A notification in the EasyBudget application
• An email sent to the address associated with your account
• An update to the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the application after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.
